The Glacier Anarchic Federation (also known as GAF, Main
CRSS 3 City, or Spawn) is the main region of CRSS 3.
Players spawn hare on their fist time joining, and are able to use the regional services, or make a house or building if the space isn't taken yet.
Government
GAF does not follow the traditional government idea, All inhabitants can perform actions on behalf of the “government” as everyone is granted direct power. There is no single leader, but larger actions may depend on the vote of anyone interested (in favour of or against).
The Federation in the name comes from the fact that GAF is composed of many districts, which can leave The Federation and become a sovereign state as they wish.
New districts can be made and existing territories can join The Union as things naturally decide to happen.
Terrain
The GAF terrain is very diverse. The central region has the beautiful hills from the iconic Glacier seed of The golden-age Beta Minecraft versions. Technical issues on the CRSS 3 server have caused weird seed changes and Chunk borders on some parts of the world, but the seed has since been reset to Glacier, fixing the biomes and block temperature values.
Services
There are many services available in GAF, ranging from wheat farms to local and international metros!
Metro
GAF is home to the main CRSS3 Metro operator, GREAT Transit, as well as 4 of 5 lines made specifically to serve GAF districts.
The service is free-of-cost and aims to not interfere negatively in any of the served regions.
McDonald’s & Burger King
There are two food distributors in GAF, McDonald's, located in the Faux Plains district, and Burger King, located in the Bela Vista district.
McDonald's is the closest to spawn, and serves bread. Burger King is right by Bela Vistas Metro station, and serves Bread and Cooked Porkchop.
Wheat Farms
There are public wheat farms right by the spawn region of GAF. They’re called Weed Farms in the server, for the giggles.
The first one is known as “The Weed Farm”, it is a fenced circular wheat farm. The wheat is harvested and replanted manually. There are two chests right by its entrance to store excess wheat and seeds.
The newer one is known as “The Automatic Weed Farm”, it is a semi-automatic machine that uses water to harvest the wheat, located in the ‘second floor’ of the building. The items are pushed to a corner, near the activation lever.
Replanting is still manual as there is no way to fully automate crop farms.
