History
The Republic of Panorama was founded on the 22nd of October, 2023, but had existing structures, residents and infrastructure since the start of the server.
It started as a democratic republic, and had an election scheduled on the same day of founding.
ROP kept growing, with many iconic structures such as Clash's House, the MCB, BlurBank, The Water Church, The Info Centre, the ROP <-> DRR Railway system and many others being built during this phase.
It continued to be expanded and improved for months, but sometime mid-2024, Sake overthrew the then current government, led by TheClashFruit, and founded the Panorama Socialist Federation.
Right after gaining power, Sake seized all private property and privately owned institutions, such as BlurBank – which was then made into FedBank – and modified the flag with red replacing the orange stripe.
A few months in, Sake successfully invited Fery to federate the Democratic Republic of Rayland under PSF, which made the nation greatly expand towards the North and East regions of the world.
The Panorama Socialist Federation lasted for quite a while, and projects such as the New Desert project were started during this phase. This was until Sake grew inactive, which gave the chance for WorldWidePixel, with help from Lupancham and the nation of Toasteria, overthrew the socialist state and refounded the Republic of Panorama, with the same government model as the old ROP, but maintaining the land size and improvements from the previous government.
As of the 8th of October, 2025, the Republic of Panorama still stands as the largest nation in the server, and WorldWidePixel remains the Prime Minister.
Trivia
ROP is the only nation to date that produces and publishes media published outside of the server.
The Water Cube, generated due to a chunk corruption in the early days of the server, has a church peeking out of it. It is still where marriages happen in the server.
The first marriage to happen in the server was between TheClashFruit and Myadeleines, at the water church.
There have been no real heteroaffective marriages in the nation yet.
